Terms and conditions

These terms apply between us and the company or sole trader creating an account. Magnifi is intended for business use.

Magnifi analyses your organic and AI visibility, answers reviews, keeps business data and opening hours in sync, and produces action lists and reporting.

We keep developing the service and may add, change or replace features. We will not remove a material feature without informing account holders in advance.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for keeping your credentials confidential.

You are responsible for actions taken through your account, including by staff you grant access.

Report misuse or suspected misuse to us immediately.

Subscriptions run monthly and are charged in advance through our payment provider.

All prices are in euros and exclude VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We announce price changes at least 30 days in advance. If you disagree, you can cancel before the effective date.

After a failed payment and a reminder we switch the account to read-only. Your data remains available.

You can cancel monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the service keeps working until then.

After that your data stays readable for 90 days for export. We delete it afterwards.

We may terminate with 30 days' notice, or immediately in case of misuse, non-payment or unlawful use.

You confirm you are authorised to connect the platforms you connect and to manage the business profiles you add.

You will not use Magnifi to publish inaccurate or misleading information, manipulate reviews, or post or solicit fake reviews.

You comply with the terms of the connected platforms, such as the Google Business Profile policies.

Content you publish remains your responsibility, including content drafted by our automation.

Magnifi drafts review replies and copy using AI models. You can require approval before publishing, or publish automatically within the rules you set.

If you choose automatic publishing, the publication counts as authorised by you. We recommend always approving low ratings and complaints manually.

AI can make mistakes. Review important output before enabling automation broadly.

Magnifi works with external platforms such as Google Business Profile, Tripadvisor, TheFork, Booking.com, Facebook and Yelp.

What can be automated depends on what each platform allows through its API. Some allow reading only, or no connection at all; for those Magnifi offers a manual or copy-and-paste workflow.

We are not responsible for the availability, changes or restrictions of those platforms.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Where possible we announce planned maintenance in advance and schedule it outside peak hours.

The software, design, models and scoring methodology of Magnifi remain our property.

Your business data, reviews and published texts remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to deliver the service.

Our liability per event is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event.

We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, lost revenue or consequential loss.

These limitations do not apply in case of intent or wilful recklessness on our part.

Dutch law applies to these terms.

Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district of Oost-Brabant, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
